-The coffee table, end table and 2 side tables are also new from Serena & Lily.

- The tables are all treated and protected to withstand moisture and mildew. ($3765.00)

-The rattan chair is the only piece original to that room.

DINING ROOM
-The dining room furniture is all staying. The dining room chair cushions were replaced in October with new Indoor/Outdoor Performance fabric. We spent $600 on the cushions.

OUTDOOR
- All outdoor deck furniture, cushions and covers are included with sale (as well as the Electric Weber Grill, stand and cover which we bought for $775.00) The outdoor adirondack chair cushions were also replaced in October with new All Weather Performance fabric. ($300 on cushions)

-We are also leaving 4 beach chairs, 2 are in the guest bedroom closet and 2 are in the outside storage closet.
