What not to say about Josh. This was our first time buying a house and he was unbelievably supportive and knowledgeable. He was able to get us to showings that other agents couldn’t because of his network. We were in the middle of a very competitive environment for buyers and he was able to guide us through strategies that allowed us to get the house of our dreams in the desired budget. Finally his responsiveness is off the charts regardless of the day/time. His IT tools also make the whole process extremely user friendly. By far, it was a blessing to be able to find him. You can tell the passion that he has for customer satisfaction

We did almost all of the home buying transaction from another state. Josh and team were professional about everything. Josh was responsive and accommodating for our needs especially out of state. He gave us tips for negotiation and otherwise. He even helped us get a small repair done that we didn’t think would happen. Also polite and courteous. Highly recommend.
